Mom brought me some chocolate cookies sandwiches with peanut butter frosting in the middle for my birthday and they were delish. I am always a sucker for the peanut butter-chocolate combo. I got the peanut butter frosting recipe from her so I can make it again sometime!
PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
1 c. softened butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. marshmallow creme
2 c. powdered sugar
Beat all together. Thin with 2 T. milk if needed (Mom didn't need to)
